Bill Byrd

Bill is a 30-year veteran in the tobacco paper industry, recently holding the position of Senior Account Manager. In this position, he was responsible for the sales and service management of several leading domestic companies.

A graduate of Western Michigan University, holding a double major in Chemistry and Paper Science, Bill started his career in Massachusetts, as a Paper Mill process engineer, quickly promoted to Shift Leader, followed by Paper Machine Team Leader. Bill made the leap into sales, starting as a Customer Technical Service representative and working into Account Management.

Bill is married to his wife Tiffany, and together have three active young boys, Liam, Harrison, and Lucas. In his spare time, Bill coaches the “sport of the season” in various youth leagues.

His long years of experience in the industry will be an asset to both Mundet/delfort and our customers. We are delighted to have Bill join our leadership group. His deep knowledge and passion for the industry continues to reflect our dedication to the industry.
